Week2 Day2

In class today, we continued working on Access, but we focused on chapter 2. In chapter 2 we were introduced to queries. We learned how to create queries using query wizard or query design. We also learned how to add fields to the design grid, enter data and numbers into criteria, create a field with criteria not included in the results, and using a And or Or in criterion. We also learned how to sort data in fields, joining tables, and creating reports from joined tables. We also learned how to restrict which records will be shown in query. We learned hot to use calculations, change caption, use gruping, omitting duplicates, and creating a crosstab query.
